Welcome to Doctopath ("the Product"), provided by Shambhavi Technovation ("the Company"). Before you proceed to use Doctopath , please read and understand these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully. By accessing or using the Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Product.

1. License and Usage
1.1 Grant of License: The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Doctopath solely for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and any other applicable agreements or policies.

1.2 Restrictions: You shall not, and shall not permit others to, sublicense, sell, lease, rent, distribute, or commercially exploit the Product, its content, or any part thereof.

2. Subscription
2.1 Access and Features: Doctopath is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) based product accessible through subscription plans. The available subscription plans include one year, three years, and six months.
2.2 Subscription Period: The subscription period will be based on the plan chosen by the User. The User will have access to the Product and its features during the subscription period.

2.3 Automatic Renewal: For your convenience, subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of their term. If you wish to cancel the automatic renewal, you must do so before the end of the current subscription period.

3. Payment and Fees
3.1 Payment: In consideration for the use of Doctopath , the User agrees to pay the applicable fees based on the chosen subscription plan.
3.2 Payment Terms: All payments shall be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon by the Company. The User shall provide accurate and updated payment information.

3.3 Taxes: The User is responsible for any applicable taxes imposed on the subscription fee by local, state, or federal authorities.

4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership: Doctopath and all associated intellectual property rights are and shall remain the exclusive property of Shambhavi Technovation.

4.2 Feedback: If you choose to provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Product, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and otherwise exploit such feedback without any obligation to compensate you.

5. User Obligations
5.1 Compliance: The User shall use Doctopath in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

5.2 Account Security: The User is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials and shall be liable for any activities or actions that occur under their account.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

6.1 Doctopath is provided on an "as-is" basis. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, regarding the Product, its content, or its availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 In no event shall Shambhavi Technovation be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use Doctopath , even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

8.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to Doctopath at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

9. Changes to the Terms

9.1 The Company may modify these Terms at any time. The modified Terms will be effective upon posting on the Company's website. Your continued use of Doctopath after the posting of the modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

10. Governing Law
